Michigan photographer | Infiniti Photography | Senior girl on horse

As a Michigan wedding photographer, January and February is a time for reflection. The new year of shooting has begun, and newly engaged couples are venturing out into the wedding planning world. (congratulations, new brides and grooms to be!! I know you’re going to have an epic wedding, and I hope I get to be a part of it! Check out my wedding work here) I’m sorting out paperwork, restructuring my workflow, and gearing up for an even better year than last year- and while I do, I’ve been taking a few looks into the past.

The above shot is from a few years back- a senior shoot for someone dear to my heart. It’s not every day you get to photograph a fairy tale, and I loved working with Shelby and her amazing equine friend. :) She cared for this beautiful animal until his death, and I hope she gets to look back on her portraits and gets to remember that time with joy. <3

Want a photographer that wants to show off who you are and what/who you love? I would love to chat with you about what you want in your photography. Contact me directly, or take a few moments to check out my Welcome or About Me pages!

Who wants to see their wedding dress gather dust? April has been married for 6 years and hated seeing her wedding dress stored away. When I talked to her about a Trash the Dress (TTD) shoot, she loved the idea! This stylish wife rocked this session! From a South Lansing parking lot to a flowery field, we got in a bunch of locations.

We started with this bold red wall to spice up this simple, flattering portrait. LOVE her eyes and smile!!

You already know that I loved being Ian and Jen’s wedding photographer for their Puerto Rico wedding last February. But I was also thrilled to be their photographer once more for their Lansing City Market vow renewal at the Waterfront Bar and Grill! It was a gorgeous, HOT day in downtown Lansing…

Ah, Sam- my childhood Super Mario 3 buddy and master of the late-night giggles. Are we already grownups haha??  …I’m happy to see you with the love of your life and I was so happy to be your photographer to chronicle this time for you. I’m hoping for your happily ever after! :D

…Sam and Zack opted to start their session in the gorgeous tall fields of grass in my backyard here in Grand Ledge. (Moving here has been a photographer’s dream!!)

When I first met Kyle and Tressa, I knew that it was going to be wonderful being their engagement photographer. More than just being excited about their engagement photographs (which is always a GREAT sign!), they were so excited about each other. As we talked about what they wanted from their photographs, how they had met, and their life together, I could see that these two best friends were so content and happy to be spending their lives with each other.

Since they had met  as students at Michigan State University, we decided that we would start out their session there. Below are a few of my personal favorites from their session!
